1994 - Began studying Yoga and Reiki with my teacher Lynne Swift in Banff, AB
1999- 2001 - Hatha/ Iyengar teacher training at Calgary Yoga Centre 500hour certification
2002 - Reiki Master initiation
2003 - Innerscape with Lynne Walker year long program
2003 - First child Claire Luna
2006 - Second Child Joseph Raven
2008 - Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga West 500 hour certification - taught and practiced for 12 years solid, I even wore a turban for 4 years.
2008 - Pre and peri natal psychology with Myrna Martin at mynamartin.net studied for 12 years and am starting to offer ‘Proccess Workshops” in May 2023
2010 - Bio Dynamic Cranio-Sacral Therapy 3 year program with Cherionna Menzam-Sills https://www.resourcingyourlife.org/

2010- Present - ‘Heart Ceremony’ - Hauschuma Over 40 ceremonies with Robin Flynn and Darcy Kopas of www.starriversanctuary.com Travelled to Peru with them in March 2020. Been on the support team since 2020 - 2023
2016-Present - Early Childhood Educator at Nelson Waldorf School and 2019 began in home childcare with a focus of Waldorf pedagogy
2016 -2018 - West Coast Institute of Anthroposophical studies. Early Childhood Studies in Waldorf Education
2019 - Present - Pachakuti Mesa Training practitioner and now studying to be a sanctioned teacher of the lineage. Offering New Moon Despachos to our community over the past year and currently opening up my practice to do a full day Full Moon Womens circle which includes despachos and Indigenous Wisdom teaching through storytelling and song. www.heartofthehealer.com / http://www.starriversanctuary.com/
